City of King Temporary Park Closures
The City of King will temporarily close the Aera Soccer Park and Creekbridge Baseball Park beginning today, December 9,, 2021 through February 28, 2022 for repairs and renovation.
City staff will be aerating, seeding, performing gopher abatement and restoring the grass during the winter months. This closure is part of the City’s Park Improvement Plan established in 2018, which is designed to maintain King City’s parks and keep them in good condition for all to enjoy. All the City’s sports fields have been renovated over the past 3 years. Temporary closures on an ongoing basis are now important for the City to maintain the parks in good condition. This closure is part of a rotating plan that will involve all parks on a periodic basis. The City requests everyone’s cooperation in abiding by the closures that will be posted in order to protect these valuable resources for the community.
Other King City fields and parks are still open, including San Antonio Park on the corner of Bedford and San Antonio Drive and City Park, located behind the King City Pools on South Vanderhurst Avenue.

Temporalmente Cerradá los Parques la Ciudad de King City
Ciudad de King City cerrará temporalmente el Aera Soccer Park y el Creekbridge Baseball Park a partir de hoy, 9 de Diciembrede 2021 hasta el 28 de Febrero de 2022 para reparaciones y renovaciones.
El personal de la Ciudad estará aireando, seedando, realizando la reducción de ardillas y restaurando el césped durante los meses de invierno. Este cierre es parte del Plan de Mejoramiento de Parques de la Ciudad establecido en 2018, que está diseñado para mantener los parques de King City y mantenerlos en buenas condiciones para que todos los disfruten. Todos los campos deportivos de la Ciudad han sido renovados en los últimos 3 años. Los cierres temporales de forma continua ahora son importantes para que la Ciudad mantenga los parques en buenas condiciones. Este cierre es parte de un plan rotativo que involucrará a todos los parques de forma periódica. La Ciudad solicita la cooperación de todos para cumplir con los cierres que se publicarán para proteger estos valiosos recursos para la comunidad.
Otros campos y parques de King City todavía están abiertos, incluyendo San Antonio Park en la esquina de Bedford y San Antonio Drive y City Park, ubicado detrás de King City Pools en South Vanderhurst Avenue.
