The Human Resources Department is the liaison between management and City employees to collaborate effectively to meet the Mission and Values of our City.
Our efforts are to recruit and maintain an effective workforce, while meeting the standards of State and Federal requirements. Human Resources works in parallel with the City Manager to enhance employee morale in a safe and respectful work environment.
Together, we create an atmosphere that’s inclusive, responsive, and transparent for all City of King employees.
