How do I speak at a public meeting?
  • The public is invited to provide input at any City Council, Commission and Board meetings.
  • Access the Agenda Center to find agendas, dates and times of all public meetings which can always be accessed by going to the Agenda Center graphic tab under the pictures on the home page
  • The public is provided an opportunity to speak on every agenda item before a decision is made.  Wait to be called on by the Mayor or Chair during the public comment period in order to speak.  There is also a public comment period near the beginning of the meeting when any member of the public can speak on items not on the agenda.
  • You may speak at a meeting in person or virtually on Zoom. Zoom links are provided on each agenda.
