How do I request public records?
  • Go to Submit a Request, which can always be accessed by clicking the Select the Submit a Request graphic link at the bottom of the pictures on the home page.  
    • Complete the Request for Public Records form and submit it to the City Clerk at City Hall, 212 S. Vanderhurst Avenue or Email it to the City Clerk.  
  • Copies cost 25 cents per page and tapes are $5 per tape.  
  • Once the public records are identified, the City Clerk will notify you of the total cost and make arrangements for providing the requested records.
