WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

It is urgent for everyone to remain calm, but to diligently follow the Shelter in Place Orders and the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Stay home except for essential needs.  Wash hands frequently for 20 seconds.  When you must go out, avoid shaking hands and maintain a 6-foot distance from others at all times.  Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.  If washing facilities are not convenient, utilize hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol if you are able to obtain it.  Stay home if you become ill and cover your mouth with a tissue or elbow when you cough.  Older adults and those with underlying medical conditions should also stay home.  Please delay or cancel any gatherings at this time.  The CDC is now recommending you wear a cloth mask when going out.
