NEW SKATE PARK RAMP DESIGN WORKSHOP

The City of King has received grant funds to replace the ramps at the King City Skate Park at San Antonio Park. The City is seeking input from the public on the ramp alternatives. The City is particularly interested in input from users of the skate park. A virtual workshop is scheduled on Wednesday, January 13th at 4:00 p.m. Everyone interested is invited to participate. The attached flyer includes more details on how to participate in the virtual workshop. Please join us and/or pass the flyer on to anyone that uses the skate park or interested in providing feedback.

The project is part of a focused effort to upgrade the City’s existing recreation facilities for youth and everyone in the community. Construction is projected to take place in spring and be completed by June 2021.
