FAB, FIT, & FUN SENIOR EXERCISE CLASS

The King City Recreation Department is offering a new Senior Low-Impact Chair Fitness Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon to 12:45 p.m.  The classes will consist of resistance training with weight-appropriate weights to build muscle tone, flexibility and balance routines to aid in the prevention of falls, and cardio moves to improve cardiovascular fitness.  It is a great way to make friends and improve health.  See the attached flyer for more information.
